Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds
No returns or refunds will be issued after the product has shipped unless the product is damaged or defective.

Back Orders
Once they become available, any back-ordered items will be shipped to you separately at no additional cost via standard shipping.

Customer refusal
If a customer refuses a package for any other reason, Balance Docs will issue a refund for merchandise only, minus a 20% restocking fee, upon receipt of the returned package. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred.
